Identification
Among the most frequently used types are roller conveyors, belt conveyors, and chain conveyors, which differ in their construction and optimal use. The correct choice of a conveyor system depends on the type of transported material, the required transport speed, and specific operating conditions. An efficient intralogistics solution increases productivity, reduces costs, and contributes to the optimization of the entire supply chain. Our conveyor systems are manufactured exclusively custom-made according to specific customer requirements. We adapt each project to the operating conditions, the type of handled material, and the required level of automation. Thanks to our experience from various industries, we will help you design an efficient and reliable solution for a smooth material flow.

FAQs
Automatic identification is the machine-based recognition of goods on a conveyor line without manual operation. The system reads a barcode, QR code or RFID chip while the parcel is moving and immediately passes the shipment data on to the next stage of the process. It enables the warehouse to know exactly what has been received, where it belongs and where it should go. As a result, parcels are counted, recorded and directed to sorting correctly and without delay. Operations run more smoothly and the risk of parcels being mixed up or lost during receiving and dispatch is significantly reduced.
Identification includes reading elements for code capture, technologies for marking goods and downstream operations on the line. These include barcode and RFID readers, so-called scanning gates that read the code from several sides of a parcel at once, and stations for automatic labelling that apply the correct label to the goods. They are complemented by operations such as item counting, dimension and volume measurement or weighing. Together, these elements form a single system that prepares the parcel for accurate recording and subsequent sorting.
Identification is installed directly in the conveyor route as part of the line, so the parcel is read while moving and does not have to stop. Reading and marking elements are linked to other operations such as weighing or measuring and pass the acquired data to the higher-level control system. This system connects the data to the WMS warehouse management system, which uses the scanned code to decide how the goods should be routed and stored. We design the entire solution to fit into existing conveyors and company systems and to operate as one interconnected process rather than as separate machines.
Automatic identification achieves significantly higher accuracy than manual recording because it eliminates human error when copying codes. Actual reliability depends on label print quality, code placement on the goods, line speed and the selected reading technology. Properly designed scanning gates read the code from several sides of a parcel, allowing the system to capture even poorly positioned labels. We always fine-tune the specific parameters according to the real operation and the type of parcels handled by the customer. The aim is for goods to be read correctly the first time and for the line to run without unnecessary downtime or manual intervention.
Automatic identification is suitable wherever large numbers of parcels pass through and need to be recognized quickly and reliably. Typical examples include distribution centres, e-commerce warehouses, manufacturing operations, parcel depots and airport logistics. It is useful where manual recording cannot keep pace with the operation or where identification errors lead to returned or lost parcels. We prepare the solution to order according to goods volume, packaging type and downstream sorting, so it also makes sense for medium-sized operations that want to speed up receiving and improve the accuracy of material records.
