Unloading / Loading

At the beginning of intralogistics, the material receipt process often starts, which is crucial for the smooth operation of the entire warehouse. Goods on pallets are unloaded using forklifts or pallet trucks, which is a safe and fast method of transport. For loose loaded goods, the unloading process can take longer, but conveyors can significantly speed up this process.

For delivery vans, shorter extendable modules (belt or roller conveyors) are used, while for trucks and containers, telescopic conveyors with a length of 4 to 16 meters are ideal, which allow the unloading of 800 to 1,200 pieces per hour. Such efficient solutions ensure a fast loading and unloading process, save time, and increase productivity.
