Automatic labelling

Through our collaboration with subcontractors, we are able to integrate highly automated labeling devices into conveyor systems, enabling label application on boxes or other products with minimal human intervention.

Product detection is ensured through sensors or camera systems, which precisely locate the product and determine the optimal timing for label application. The labeling head then applies the label to the product and may be equipped with a printer for printing variable information, such as order numbers, barcodes, or expiration dates.

The entire process is controlled by a control system, which efficiently coordinates the operation of the conveyor, sensors, and labeling device. This integration ensures that labels are applied accurately and at the required time. This type of application is ideal for shipping, where courier labels are printed for fast and accurate dispatch of goods.
