Turntables

A turntable is an indispensable part of a conveyor system that allows changing the direction of material transport in the range of 0 to 360 degrees. This component is designed to be able to smoothly and optimally rotate the material without the need to stop the system. The turntable consists of two main parts: the upper part forms the conveyor itself, which ensures transport, and the lower part contains the rotation system, which allows the change of direction.

Unlike a transfer unit, where material is moved in different directions taking into account its orientation, with a turntable, the material remains in the same orientation during the entire change of direction. This feature is advantageous in applications where there is no need to adjust the position of the material, but only to redirect the transport flow.
