Stoklasa

The story of the STOKLASA company began with a golden button - a rare commodity in pre-revolutionary Czechoslovakia. The owner of the company, Ing. Leo Stoklasa, together with his wife, founded their own wholesale warehouse and bought haberdashery goods in Czechoslovakia and Poland.

The year 2018 brought a significant milestone, namely the construction of a modern automated warehouse that handled the transfer of more than 40,000 items. This demanding logistics operation was successfully completed thanks to the support of the employees.

The new warehouse system allows customers a better overview of goods availability, expanded shipping options, and accelerated order processing.

Thanks to the efficient logistics center, the STOKLASA company processed almost 308,000 orders in 2024.

How did we contribute to the efficiency of the Stoklasa warehouse?

  • Crate collection and sorting using RFID - Employees pick goods into crates, which are then moved onto a conveyor. Thanks to RFID chips, each crate is automatically routed to the correct path. Lifters are used for efficient inter-floor transport.

  • Order packaging - At a specialized workstation, products are repacked from crates into cartons. This step ensures safe and economical packaging of shipments.

  • Dispatch - The packed orders continue along the conveyor to the dispatch area, where employees carefully sort them and prepare them for shipping according to their final destination.

Our conveyor technologies help the Stoklasa company speed up and refine the entire process from picking goods to dispatch.
