For over 30 years, EMOS has been offering small household electrical products that are part of everyday life.

The EMOS logistics and warehouse center is located in Přerov, Czech Republic. It is divided into three main sections - storage and picking warehouses, a control warehouse, and packing and dispatch zones.

The total storage area exceeds 16,000 m², which allows more than 95% of the product range to be kept permanently in stock and in sufficient quantities.

EMOS ships up to 29,400 items, 3,600 parcels, and 360 Euro pallets daily. Goods are delivered to 26 countries across the European Union.

The warehouse capacity includes 22,000 pallet positions, 1,200 shelving racks, and 2,600 containers in an automated high-bay storage system.

How did we contribute to the efficiency of EMOS's warehouse?

• Goods receiving - A telescopic conveyor ensures smooth unloading. Automated omnidirectional scanning and sorting guide shipments to the correct destinations without unnecessary delays.

• Order picking - A two-level conveyor allows for efficient material flow: the upper level for non-contact accumulation, the lower level for precise movement using a shaft-driven conveyor. Belt conveyors and curves ensure smooth movement of goods.

• Packing and dispatch - Transfer units, merging conveyors, and sorting conveyors – including two-level and vertical types - speed up order completion. A spiral conveyor and vertical lift then reliably transport shipments to the correct outbound lines.
