The EMOS company has been offering small household electrical products that are part of everyday life for more than 30 years.
The EMOS logistics and warehouse center is located in Přerov in the Czech Republic. It is divided into three main parts - storage and picking warehouses, an inspection warehouse, and packaging and dispatch.
The total storage area exceeds 16,000 m², which allows holding more than 95% of the product range permanently in stock and in sufficient quantities.
EMOS dispatches up to 29,400 items, 3,600 parcels, and 360 Euro pallets daily. It delivers goods to 26 countries of the European Union.
The warehouse capacity includes 22,000 pallet positions, 1,200 shelving racks, and 2,600 crates in an automated high-bay stacker.
How did we contribute to the efficiency of the Emos warehouse?
Goods receipt - A telescopic conveyor ensures smooth unloading. Automatic omnidirectional reading and sorting route parcels to the correct locations without unnecessary delays.
Goods picking - A double-deck conveyor enables efficient material flow: the upper deck for zero-pressure accumulation, the lower deck for precise movement using a shaft-driven conveyor. Belt conveyors and curves ensure the smooth movement of goods.
Packaging and dispatch - Transfer cars, merging conveyors, and sorting conveyors - including double-deck and vertical ones, speed up order consolidation. A spiral conveyor and an elevator then reliably transport the parcels to the correct outbound lines.
