An Optimal system design for handling material – cardboard, crates, boxes, palettes… – depends on many factors, such as spatial arrangements, the type and number of transported items, working environment, extent of operations, etc. Conveyor systems can be great helpers, but their use may not be suitable or economically profitable for certain applications. Each case is unique, and we always strive to accommodate the requirements of a specific application to the maximum.
Based on the design and requirements, we create a detailed 3D model of the entire system. The model can then be included in the building drawing if necessary. Thanks to this, it is possible to check any possible collisions with underground utilities, access communications or other technologies. For modelling, the construction department uses tools from Autodesk (Inventor Professional, Factory Suite, AutoCad). After a solution is approved, the entire system is handed over for production.
The production partially takes place directly on our premises and partially on our partners’ premises. The conveyors are subsequently assembled and tested on our premises. After testing, each module is fitted with a control label, packaged and prepared for dispatching (depending on the size, either as a unit or in the form of pre-assembled modules).
INSTALLATION AND ACTIVATION
An integral part of the whole process is the installation and activation on the client’s premises. The conveyor system is assembled according to the drawing documentation, including the accessories. After they are connected to the electricity supply, the conveyors are first “activated” by parts and then as units, and tested in field tests.

We offer our clients a warranty as well as post-warranty service. This enables us to provide reliable support during the entire time the device you have purchased from us is in use.
