Hoists

In cases where it is necessary to surmount height differences, hoists and elevators can be used in a conveyor system. The advantage is overcoming a great height on a small space. The disadvantage is its limited transportation capacity. The lifting is handled electromechanically in most cases, and for greater loads it includes the use of a counterweight. The type of an integrated conveyor depends on the transported material.
